Regarding the year-beginning events for all incoming students and enrolled students(updated on April 20, 2020)

As a result of the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the year-beginning events have been decided as follows:

As soon as details are decided, they will be notified via Campus Square and other media. Therefore, students will need to check Campus Square and Active! Mail regularly for new information.
Also, in response to the government’s emergency declaration, parts of the campus facilities will be closed until May 6. Because of this, students will be prohibited from entering the campus for nonessential and nonurgent purposes until May 6.

If you are forced to come to the campus due to course consultation or registration, students with the following symptoms should refrain from visiting:
  1. Those with a fever of 37.5 or higher
  2. Those who have respiratory symptoms (cough, difficult breathing, etc.)
  3. Those with olfactory/taste disorders
  4. Those who have a sense of fatigue
  5. Those who have a runny nose or a sneezing fit
  6. Those who have stayed or participated in any events (including eating and drinking) in an area with ongoing spread of the novel coronavirus within 2 weeks
In addition, please note the following when coming to the campus:
  1. Wearing a mask
  2. Cough etiquette
  3. Try not to create confined spaces with poor ventilation, not to create a distance at arm’s reach, and/or not to talk at a close distance or speak loudly.
