Study Abroad Program and Scholarship Features

100% of applicants are able to study abroad. Abundant Opportunities and Financial Support

Tenri University offers two types of study abroad programs: Exchange Study and Approved Study Abroad.
For Exchange Study, students must pass an internal selection process; however, they benefit from a tuition waiver at the host institution. If a student's language proficiency is still developing and they do not pass the selection, or if their desired destination is not a partner institution, they may still pursue Approved Study Abroad as an alternative option.

When it comes to studying abroad, there are various destinations. At Tenri University, which has academic exchange agreements with 55 universities in 25 countries and regions, you can choose the study abroad destination that best suits your interests, concerns, and budget.

Overseas Language Seminar

外国語学科の全4専攻で実施。主に長期休業期間中の約3週間、専攻と関係の深い各国の大学機関などで短期集中講座に参加。授業の他にも課外活動やホームステイ、大学寮での滞在を通じ、生の語学に触れます。留学との一番の違いは、専攻の教員が帯同すること。信頼のおける教員の指導のもと、語学を磨き異文化体験することができます。

Diplomat Training Project

外務省の専門職試験合格をめざし、語学や国際情勢についての学習を、ゼミ形式・ オンラインを組み合わせて行っています。天理大学の学生であれば原則無償で受講できます。
