This logo symbolizes a youth leaping out from Tenri University into the world. The first letter of “Tenri” is superimposed onto the curvature of the earth, with a single path drawn on it to show the road toward creating the world of the “Joyous Life.” This symbol dynamically illustrates the mission of Tenri University: to excel with enthusiasm and dedication in the development of human resources, by virtue of a broad global perspective. The violet color is one that has traditionally been used to signify the spirit of a Tenri youth.
